I need an opinion as to where to place a tattoo on my body, any suggestions?

I am trying to get a tattoo, I was told when you get a tattoo, it should be something you feel passionate about. I’ve decided to get a black and green long tailed hummingbird tattoo, I have a thing for them. They are just such a beautiful sight. I am now trying to decide where to put it, any suggestions?

between the shoulder and the breast is a good place, my friend has a eucalyptus leaf tattood there (to show her australian heritage) and it seems like a good place because she can choose clothes that show it but its easy to cover if she wants.
